It can be overwhelming to learn initially but once you become familiar with it.It significantly simplifies reporting for owners.

I appreciate the additional options available to report rental payments to the tenant's rental report. Furthermore the ability to protect sensitive information like their social security details is a valuable feature.

The cost is a bit high compared to other small property management software companies.

Property Zar Best in the Business

Pros

Property Zar is a great fit for my company because it offers versatility for both single family and large multifamily buildings. I appreciate the responsiveness of their service team when I need assistance. What I really like is how easily accessible and intuitive the software is to learn and teach. It provides numerous property management functions that are straightforward to utilize.

Cons

The owners portal allows me to access reports on my desktop. I appreciate that Property Zar offers desktop inspections, including the ability to download pictures directly into the inspection. Instead of printing to PDF it would be great if I could simply print. In the reports, I would love the ability to click on an item and be directed to the input, similar to how it works in QuickBooks.

One of the key benefits is the capability to manage multiple buildings/properties and generate reports.

Cons

The mobile app could benefit from some improvements. It would be helpful to have an automatic withdrawal option and the ability to make certain documents, such as rules and regulations or the lease agreement available in the tenant app. Regarding documentation, it would be preferable to view files without having to download them. Additionally when rent is increased, it would be convenient to easily update the lease and have the recurring transactions automatically reflect the changes.

As a company new to using software for our books, transitioning was a significant change for us. However, the demo with the representative was exceptional, and we are now fully immersed in the program. It is incredibly user friendly, and the support we receive is outstanding!

Cons

Prior to taking advantage of the free training sessions. I had doubts about its user-friendliness. However, after attending three 30 minutess sessions, it became a breeze to use. Furthermore, the staff is readily available through phone calls or emails, providing excellent support!

Pros

The software is fully functional and positioned to provide a comprehensive solution for property managers, whether they handle small, mid, or even large scale properties.

Cons

The user experience (UX) is filled with dead ends. It would flow better if it followed a workflow based on functional steps in the property management process. Moreover the screens appear outdated. For instance the save function should always be present, and the screens should be responsive. Ideally there would be no need for a save button at all.

Finally someone created a software that understands property management without a ridiculous price!

Pros

Property Zar offers all the advanced features at a fraction of the cost. The owner and I had a fantastic conversation. Just like me, he couldn't find a software solution that met his needs so he decided to build one. These individuals are truly genuine. If you haven't found the right management software yet I highly recommend giving them a try.

It's a new company that is actively addressing and resolving any issues that are brought to their attention demonstrating their responsiveness.
