Pros
All the features in one platform...yes way! Taking back some time with all the online communication tenant tools with Digital Rent Collection, Credit Card is great when a tenant runs behind in dues they can avoid late fee. Autopay is a gem. Automated Maintenance Requests, Expense Tracker is so simple, and Rental Insurance, Landlord Property Insurance. So many great tools that are Enterprise features for small guy prices.
Cons
So far everything has been good from setup, adding new properties and if I need support I have someone to directly to call or text. Even my older non technical residents have ease of use setting up.
