“impressive platform!”
Pros
Using it has been a real win. The system is simple so training new users is quick and easy. It covers everything needed for NYC Energy Compliance Local Laws like 84, 87, 88 and 97 and one of the biggest benefits is how simple the checkbook reconciliations are. The data is locked down in a way that leaves no room to manipulate numbers which is a huge plus. The databases are stable and export cleanly across different platforms and even the mortgage companies are happy with it. We use it across co-op, condo and mixed-use residential, office, commercial and garage properties and it handles all of them without trouble. With more than 30 properties and over 4,500 units, we have not run into a single glitch.
Cons
There is nothing to complain about. It is so easy that just about anyone could use it without a problem.

“Fantastic support for growth”
Pros
After using this management software for the last couple of years, I honestly don't have anything bad to say about it. The platform is very user friendly and whenever an issue comes up, the customer service team has always been available and genuinely helpful. It really feels like they do everything they can to meet their clients' needs and there's no better company to partner with when you want to grow your business and know you're both working toward the same goals.
Cons
Only downside I can think of is that there still isn't an app that's simple to use.
