Silqu automates rent invoicing and accepts payments through the online tenant portal, M-Pesa Paybill, dedicated bank accounts, cards, cheque, or cash. It matches incoming payments to the correct tenant unit instantly, issues receipts, and updates ledgers and settlement accounts for reconciliation.
The software creates custom bills for rent, service charges, water, garbage and other utilities and sends them electronically via SMS or email. It enables bulk billing and assignment of specific bills to individual tenants while tracking delivery and payment status in real time.
