“fantastic support”
Pros
Whenever help is needed, the support staff and team are quick to step in and assist. The app interface is something I really enjoy using because it makes handling hotel bookings very simple. Features like Split Stay and early check-in turned out to be incredibly useful, even though I didn't realize I needed them at first. It loads fast, runs without glitches and feels very user-friendly overall. Definitely a 5-star experience.
Cons
After using StayFlexi at our property for the last few months, one thing that really stands out is how impressive the automation has been. The Smart PMS, along with the option to sell unused hours between standard check-in and check-out times, has helped us unlock a revenue stream we were previously missing.

“Amazing automation for hotels”
Pros
Running hotel operations with Stayflexi has felt efficient and well organized for me. The automation tools cut down a lot of manual work especially when handling reservations and managing daily workflows. Its dashboard is clean and user-friendly and even beginners can get comfortable with it without much trouble. Another big plus is the customer support team which has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. Overall, it delivers strong value for the price and does a very good job of streamlining hotel management.
Cons
There's nothing significant that has really disrupted my day-to-day operations. That said, it would be nice to see more advanced customization options improved in future updates.
