Onboarding experience with this software has been really easy because it's simple to use and easy to understand, even for new users and staff. It covers all the features and facilities we need so it feels very complete. Customer support has also been excellent. They say they provide 24/7 service and in my use, they've actually lived up to that promise. Overall it has been an excellent software experience and I'm very happy with it.
