Pros:It is cloud-based, so I can access the invoices anywhere and at any time. With the help of the report assistant it is easy to create reports. The assistant helps you throughout any other operation in which you need assistance. There are many tooltips and the assistant as well, it all makes learning how to use this system a lot easier and effortless.
Cons:The setup procedure is a bit of a hassle, although after that process things get better.
Pros:This is a very functional software, we can do everything with it from billing to financing to accounting all. You can customize the invoices accordingly and can organize the payment plans. Billing is easier with this software.
Cons:It gets a bit tedious, when you have to type in the customer ID in different areas just to access different aspects of an account.
Pros:With this product, collaborative accounting becomes a lot more easier. Staff with multiple budgets can easily manage it with this product. It is a great accounting software, does a lot and makes expense tracking and management a lot easier for us.
Cons:This system has a learning curve to it, and the interface seems a bit old-fashioned to me.
Pros:It is easy to integrate this tool with other systems. They do have lighter versions of this system which is great. The interface is pretty much easy to use. Updates are seamless. The data is quite secure in it, and there are no threats to any of our transactions or data.
Cons:The reporting and customization tools do need a bit of improvement. It isn’t suitable for all regions, so we have to integrate with other systems to make full use of it.
Pros:I didn’t much like the software at the beginning but now as I’ve got the hang of it, I don’t really think of switching to any other product. They always keep on improving their software. It is easy to attach the documents with the transactions made. They are improving their report writer as well, and the system can easily be customized according to your needs which is what I like most.
Cons:The screen does not show the total amount, I always have to export the file and total it myself. This is from my view, and I do not spend a lot of time with reports. It is a proper process to create custom reports.
