Scoro is the complete project management suite that combines all functions for teamwork, time tracking, sales, billing, and workflow automation. The software is targeted towards professional service firms and is designed in such a way that it allows businesses to conduct all their affairs from a single window. Scoro software has CRM, reporting, and billing capabilities so all the data needed to make quick decisions is always on hand.  

The platform offers 360-degree views of all project activities and includes contact details, quoting, scheduling, time tracking, and financial management. Users are always updated on the changes made to any details and can monitor real-time progress on every task. The list is populated with the tasks due that day, week, or month depending on the filters applied. The access levels are granted to employees based on their position so only the relevant members can see project details.  

Scoro project management has options to help users synchronize multiple calendars, dependent tasks, and similar projects and view them on a single interface. It has budgeting and invoicing options so clients can receive the attachments almost immediately. Users can view the reporting documents and labor costs on the software too. It has integration options for Microsoft Dynamics, Outlook, Dropbox, and Mailchimp. There is technical support available through the phone and their website has comprehensive user guides and video tutorials.  

Scoro Pricing

The software does not have a free version but there is a 14-day free trial that users can avail of without providing credit card details. The paid packages start at $26 per month and are charged per user. Companies can pay for the onboarding which begins at $899.

Some of the features are not properly executed and are built to perform a specific function. The contact management and billing options are not flexible but the vendor introduces updates frequently so there is a chance of them resolving this issue.

Portfolio Management

All projects and related items are available on a single screen for easy management. The managers can stay updated on time spent, billed hours, pending tasks, upcoming meetings, total expenses, attached files, new comments, and invoices. They can see how well the team is doing in real-time and view the billable vs non-billable hours. There are options to create budgets, compare project results and manage the portfolio much more efficiently. The configurable statuses include progress reports, completed tasks and can sort tasks based on department, market and priority. 

Monitoring and Scheduling

The Scoro planner simplifies the process of scheduling tasks because it gives an overview of every employee’s workload. It helps set realistic deadlines, shows potential slots, and prevents overbooking. The shared team calendar includes the meeting schedule and has a link to all upcoming events. Clients get an overview of the number of hours and resources spent on any project and the software automatically generates invoices. With access to every employee’s schedule, it is easy to view completed tasks and check work reports without having to request them or wait for the concerned user to send them. 

Central Dashboard

The single dashboard summarizes all KPIs, action items, and conversion rates in one place. There are details related to the number of hours spent on each task, completed jobs, and upcoming deadlines. Managers can view and send financial reports related to the budget and make sure it isn’t crossed.

Scoro's strongest feature is its attention to detail. Smart e-mail is a fantastic feature that keeps crucial information out of the business mailbox. I also like that you can attach the e-mails to specific projects so you have all of the project's key pieces in one place.
Cons:
The major issue right now is that there are no line numbers in the proposal, and there is no rapid answer for this price according to potential clients.
