“Shared database access”

Easy to use and user friendly!! I really appreciate that we can work from different facilities and still have access and being able to get into the database anytime is a huge plus.
Cons
One limitation is that it has to be installed on a computer so we cannot just sign in from any computer. It would also be really helpful if it supported logging in from a MacBook. I'd also love a feature that lets me print a client's full claim history, similar to a zero statement but including every claim even the ones still waiting on remittance. Another challenge is that once an invoice has already been sent, we cannot send a statement showing all claims and payments until the next month.

Using this application feels very easy and it's been really useful for the way I work. It's simple to use and easy to manage day to day.
Cons
The reporting system could definitely be improved and would be better with more capable reporting features.
