Pros: Zoho takes away the need for going through the trouble of having to keep several marketing automation tools for different types of tasks by bringing them all in a compact suite with social networking capacities to help us market our products better. My favorite thing about Zoho is that there are no fixed templates or a learning curve with this platform.

Cons:Contrary to Instagram, twitter integration is not as seamless as I would like. Retweeting doesn’t effectively go through. Zoho relies entirely on a fast, unbreaking internet connection. sometimes, if internet access is lost, any and all progress made is gone. The solution does not offer to save it to post later.
