“The trial never worked!!
Pros
Honestly, I can't point to anything positive here. I signed up for the trial but the system never actually got going because it just stayed stuck saying it was calibrating. Since the trial only lasted 7 days, I emailed the company for help and they told me the trial had already ended and that they never give refunds, even though I wasn't able to use the service at all. At this point, there really isn't a best part for me.
Cons
To make matters worse, they kept charging me for the last four months even after I requested a refund. On top of that, they told me I had to log back into the service just to cancel it. That was ridiculous and honestly a horrible experience overall.

This has been a strong addition to my sales toolkit. The platform feels very user-friendly and I managed to build my first campaign within about 10 minutes of signing up. Another 10 minutes later, I had already sent it to my entire HubSpot contact list. Integration and setup were really easy which made getting started quick and hassle-free.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see is the ability to send personalized AI videos directly from the Chrome extension. A feature where I could drop in a name on the fly and send a generated video almost in real time would be amazing. It may be a big ask but it would be a fantastic addition.
