Pros:Our everyday tasks are accomplished with an incredible amount of ease and efficiency with CharmHealth. Communication with physicians is more reliable with CH. We are really glad we chose this service.
Cons:The system exhibits some glitches every now and then which I could use some help with. Customer service is rather spotty.
Pros:The ability to customize forms is very helpful and easily done. Overall, the system is easy to navigate and has a great layout.
Cons: The software has truly shameful customer support. I have never had a worse experience dealing with customer support before this. It takes forever for them to respond and resolve issues. How are we supposed to get anything done efficiently if we aren’t offered any help regarding the system from the company post-purchase. But they seem to have little to no care for their customers. We have been waiting on Charm for two whole weeks just to allow us to charge our patients directly through Charm. They're integrated with Bluefin (a credit card processor), but they literally seem to have absolutely no idea how to set up our account. Our entire staff is extremely dissatisfied with CharmHealth due to this.
Pros:The product is very simple and easy to learn and use, but with a bit of complexity. All of the features that it has are amazing, and anyone can easily get it. The software has been doing great since we bought it, within a few clicks you easily get where you want to be and it does what you want it to do. This EHR is great for every type of practice and their needs. They also have amazing add-ons.
Cons:The only thing that I disliked about this EHR is that for every add-on there is a cost that needs to be paid.
Pros: this software has enabled our staff to come together and have better communication. I can see what other physicians are doing review patient charts. Having all the modules in one mainframe saves us a lot of time and hassle. The billing and collections are all integrated into the EHR which defines a better workflow for us and allows us to provide better care to our patients. The support provided is amazing. The ability to check appointment requests and patient messages through a smartphone app is really great. CharmHealth provides all of that at a very reasonable cost.
Cons:The mobile app doesn’t allow you to go through patient reports. There is no integration for encounters. We have to have other doctors fax results/ notes and enter them manually. Which can be kind of frustrating and cause delay in care provision.
Pros:We've used many EHR systems before. Charm EHR has to be the best of all. We have been using it for a couple years now. It is easy to use for both the patients and practitioners and it is well organized.
Cons:The customer service is not really working well, as issues don't really get resolved.
Pros:CharmHealth EHR solution is quite frankly pretty decent. It is easy to operate. Scheduling and documentation are easily achieved. It allows you to itemize very conveniently any unusual and unique purchases and specific prices. Everything would have been great if not for their nightmare of a customer support.
Cons:You cannot get help for anything. The support staff is entirely unreachable. This leaves us helpless and frustrated. We needed help when the faxes stopped working. We called them a bunch of times, left messages and it has been weeks and there is still no response from them. We had to resort to a third-party vendor for our faxes.
Pros:The software comes with no extensive learning curve so implementation and getting started is pretty easy. The company adds new improvements ever so frequently. They listen to and incorporate their customer’s suggestions into the updates. The system is perfect if you want a system that isn’t confined to the office desk. CH works on any device with an HTML5 compliant browser. The software is inexpensive. It offers seamless integration between modules and with pharmacies, labs and e-commerce solutions.
Cons:I do not like how they have outsourced their customer support which makes it rather difficult to reach. Although, they are helpful when you do get access to them. Some design issues in billing involving the integrated billing clearinghouse and downloading ERA's and real-time eligibility verification require a considerable amount of workaround.
Pros:The software is affordable, has many features and functionalities. It is easy to use. Their patient portal messaging is quite efficient. Charm EHR is the best EHR system that we've ever used.
Cons:The billing process could be better, they should improve that, and the e-prescription feature takes a while to get processed.
Pros:Their customer service is really nice, as you'll always get help with any of your questions. There are a lot of good options for electronic patient interaction, and the system is very flexible as well.
Cons:The chat feature to me is very distracting and would like if they could disable it. The e-prescription feature yet has to be approved by the states. If patients were able to get access to their health record and visit notes, that would actually be great and save time and effort of patients.
Pros:Charm has been viable in aiding the biller and physicians to bill claims, recover income and track unpaid claims quite successfully. Charm formats enable you to catch all the data on patient and protection that you would need to bill for therapeutic protection. The simplicity of making visits and moving them to Invoices for the biller to check and send is helpful. Charm enables me to keep in contact with the providers by means of their HIPAA compliant messaging service. Charm allows for databases of insurances, CPT codes and DX codes that match your office practice.
Cons:The software does not offer a collective billing feature. You are required to send invoices for every visit. This makes a very tedious assignment for the staff responsible for collections. ERAS are not consequently downloaded into the system but rather should be made by an outsider clearinghouse and then uploaded.
