Pros:
The fillable PDF capability in the Onboarding module is my favorite feature, and the customer service is also outstanding. With ClearCompany, my account executive is always accessible and available to address any inquiries I may have. Therefore, our accounting representatives always update us and keep us informed at every stage of the deployment and upgrading process. Resultantly, it has streamlined our workflow and improved our productivity remarkably.
Cons:
There aren't many drawbacks, in my opinion. The only improvement I would recommend is making the Onboarding layout more flexible for applicants’ experience. It would improve the layout significantly and make it more user-friendly if we could search with advanced filters. If I’m asked to really nitpick at the minute details, perhaps they can improve their Interview Scoreboards as well. Apart from that, ClearCompany has been great for us.

They have a very considerate customer support.
