Whenever I've needed help, the people on the team have been incredibly supportive and willing to walk me through the system. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I feel fully comfortable using it.
Cons
One frustrating part is the automatic system since it allocates money without considering the fee schedule. Because of that, we end up having to reverse the entries and repost them.
