The program makes completing a takeoff effortless. From initially sorting my files with the import tools to clicking off each room one at a time.
Cons
I noticed it requires some effort to get used to and you need to enter some details to prepare for a successful takeoff.

“Does accurate calculations”
Pros
The standout feature is the automatic estimating and phasing. Its calculations for carpet cuts are pretty accurate which saves me from doing those measurements by hand any more. I also find that copying and adjusting files or drawings is simple and quick to accomplish in this software.
Cons
On larger projects, the performance can slow down, likely due to file size. I've also noticed that pattern creation isn't always as user-friendly as I'd like sometimes the layouts aren't quite right, which can affect material quantities
