Great tool since early 2000s

Pros

I've been using this tool since back when Vince was with Linc in the early 2000s and it's still a great sales tool today.

Cons

The formatting on the agreements isn't great. I usually have to clean things up in Word to make them look professional.

Big fan of North Boundary!!

Pros

It's an easy way to manage all your contacts, proposals and bids in one place. Makes the whole process much smoother.

Cons

The template feature could be a lot easier to manage. It feels clunky right now.

Got a bunch of features to grow

Pros

I mainly use North Boundary for project management and it's been a game changer. I handle all my client info, estimates, proposals and job tracking through it. Honestly, you can run everything from this one feature. My favorite part is the worksheet, you enter all your key cost info like burden rates and it helps you set up sales margins so your business stays profitable. Knowing your costs and setting the right margins is crucial and this tool makes that easy. There are also a ton of reports you can run that help with forecasting sales, manpower and cash flow.

Cons

My only gripe is that I don't know enough about everything the system can do. It'd be great if North Boundary offered free or super affordable training that's tailored to each user's needs.
