“Meets the expectations”
Pros
At North Boundary I mainly use it for managing projects. I keep track of all client information, estimates, proposals and job progress in one place. From my experience this feature really covers everything I need. What I love most is the worksheet where I can enter key cost details like burden rates. Also this allows me to set appropriate sales margins to ensure the business stays profitable. Understanding costs and creating the right margins is essential for any business and this help us in this matter. Plus there are lots of useful reports we can generate from the project management section helping us estimate sales, manpower requirements and cash flow.
Cons
My only issue is that I wish I had more knowledge of all the features and benefits the system provides. Or I hope in near future they offer more affordable or free online training tailored to users needs.
