Small Business, 11-50 employees
“Quick data entry with room to grow”
Pros
It's easy to spot my priorities and figure out which clients need more attention to build stronger relationships with the best ones. I appreciate how easy it is to organize my work and stay focused on daily goals based on each customer.
Cons
The reporting features feel very restrictive to me. I can't figure out which communication channels are actually driving better conversions and there's no way to identify accounts that might be at risk of churning.

“Top data management solution”
Pros
I really appreciate how simple to use. Bringing new clients onboard is easy and creating tasks feels interactive. The prioritization tools are a game changer and they help me focus on high value customers while making sure nobody falls through the cracks.
Cons
I find it challenging to track key metrics like pipeline status and conversion rates which makes it tough to measure how effective my sales efforts are and identify where I'm falling short on productivity.

“Streamlines my daily tasks”
Pros
It's been great for staying on top of my most important accounts and making sure I don't lose track of valuable clients.
Cons
The data integration capabilities are really lacking when trying to pull information from other applications. It's frustrating because I can't easily connect activity data with previous sales records or call logs without having to do manual work to make it all sync up properly.
