Pros

I really love how easy it is to use. We saw a big difference in how we manage our operations after we started using this software at our company. The automation of tasks like lead follow ups, sending automated emails and handling sales follow ups has been a huge plus. It has transformed the way we go about our business.

Cons

This software has lots of great features but it would be even better if it could sync more easily with other important tools we use for marketing, communication and data analysis. Even though it does connect with some well known platforms but some of the tools we use are still missing from the integration options. Would like the team to look into this matter.
