Useful ERP but poor service

Pros

All the functions we need as a small business are all in one system. It's mostly easy to figure out and use.

Cons

I find the range of functions to be quite limited. For instance, the analysis options run out pretty quickly and don't provide the results I need. The online help is also outdated and doesn't match the current version of the program, so the instructions don't make sense to me. I think that's a major weakness.
