Affordable for Small Businesses

Pros

The lead management system is really interactive and I appreciate how easy task organization feels. The engagement tools have definitely helped me connect better with customers.

Cons

I find it quite challenging to get it to work with our existing systems. As we've grown, I've also noticed some scalability issues which makes me wonder how well it will handle our future expansion.

Smooth integration and Affordable choice

Pros

The interface has been easy for us from day one, and I appreciate how the integrated financial tools make everything feel smooth. Even as someone new to this type of software, the tutorials helped me grasp the features quickly and get up to running without much effort.

Cons

Since it's still fairly new, I think it could use more development especially in terms of adding features for data insights and increasing the entry limits to handle larger data files.

Good choice but Needs more Updates

Pros

I really appreciate how well this tracks sales performance plus the sales funnel feature is fantastic and contact management makes everything so much easier to organize. The reporting capabilities are great too and they help me address goals and explain progress in a way that actually makes sense.

Cons

The only thing I didnt like is that some features don't get updated regularly enough to stay in line with market trends. It really needs more consistent improvements to its tools and functionality to keep pace.
