Comprehensive ERP Solution Without Licensing Fees

Pros

I really appreciate how it handles multiple companies and currencies flawlessly. The MRP feature works well for our planning needs and having CRM integrated saves us from juggling different systems. Project management features are solid and the responsive web interface makes it easy to work from anywhere.

Cons

The drill down feature for account reports is missing which is frustrating when I need detailed breakdowns. There's no read only database connection option, making it harder to integrate with other systems securely. The Java Garbage Collection System needs an update since performance tends to slow down during heavy usage. Additionally, the tree maintenance functionality feels outdated and could use some improvements.

Solid Enterprise Development Tool

Pros

It gives me incredible flexibility with its Java based architecture and modular design. The API support is extensive which makes agile development much smoother for our team and i really ppreciate how scalable it is and we can grow without worrying about outgrowing the system. The multilingual capabilities work perfectly for our global operations and the workflow automation saves us tons of time on repetitive tasks. Building custom enterprise solutions feels natural with this tool. The community is really active, so updates come regularly and performance keeps getting better. The builtin reporting and analytics provide insights that actually help with business decisions. In short for the cost, you really can't beat the customization options and versatility it offers.

Cons

From my experience, the absence of vendor support and sparse documentation creates real headaches when you're trying to troubleshoot issues or implement new features. The setup process is very complex too and customizing it to fit your specific needs takes way more time than expected. All of this translates to higher maintenance expenses and extended deployment timelines which can really slow down how quickly you can get up and running with the system.

Achieved more that I thought with this tool!

Pros

I've been using this platform for years and it's been great for our business. I think its perfect for medium to large companies like ours with over 500 active users daily and millions of database calls. The system is easy to customize with open source solutions and we can automate any workflow we need, from vendors to employees and customers. We're also using robotic process automation (RPA) for over 100 processes. The tech setup is modern, allowing us to make changes on the go without stopping the system which is essential for 24/7 operations. Since it's open source, we have full access to all features and can modify the code easily. The traceability is solid especially for food and beverage industries and we don't have to worry about licensing costs, so we can focus on improving the system.

Cons

Setting it up properly requires either having a skilled internal team or hiring capable consultants, which can get expensive for my business.
