Pros
I see real value in using Interakt to boost sales. Selling through WhatsApp feels much more organized, with shared inboxes, team access, customer notifications and bulk offers all in one place.
Cons
From my experience the 14-day free trial didn't feel very meaningful. During that period none of my queries or integration questions were addressed which made the trial feel pointless.
