Very clunky platform

Pros

The grading system on the CRM side has been really helpful. I appreciate being able to categorize the companies we're reaching out to as A, B, C or D based on how hot or cold the prospects are.

Cons

I can't stand how this whole thing works. You have to log into one program just to access another one, and then there's this endless wait for everything to load up. When the internet connection isn't great, the system won't even start which is a total disaster when you're trying to get customers set up and need them to sign documents.
