Great CRM That Works

Pros

I find this it really adaptable for tracking customers, contacts and projects. The development process is easy and you can easily add tables and fields to expand functionality for things like order tracking and product management.

Cons

The desktop and web versions look very different from each other which makes switching between them confusing. I'd really appreciate more technical documentation and sample code to help with our internal development work.

I can't put into words how much easier everything becomes once you start using a CRM, it makes everything so much more manageable. It's incredibly user-friendly and completely customizable to fit our company's needs. Their support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful. As a long-term user, I'm extremely satisfied with the experience.

Cons

Setting up custom views and tables can be a bit tricky at first but support and my account manager are always available to assist, so it's usually not a problem.

A flexible CRM system

Pros

I really appreciate how customizable this platform is, you don't need much outside help to make it work for your needs. The superadmin training during onboarding was fantastic and taught us how to modify layouts and settings ourselves instead of having to bring in expensive consultants every time we wanted changes.

Cons

The email integration leaves something to be desired. Most of our team still gravitates toward Outlook over the built-in features and the plugin feels like it needs more robust functionality to really compete.
