“review filtering and instant emails”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is that it pulls in reviews from multiple platforms like Google, Yelp and others all in one place. Our office also uses it alongside MDProspects and that setup has been really helpful because emails send automatically whenever I update a status in that software. Based on the workflow we created the status moves over to this software and triggers an email right away. That kind of automation matters a lot in a busy office setting since there is always a lot happening and it helps make sure something important does not get missed when I would otherwise have to remember to send it myself.
Cons
The only part is that I still need to work directly with their team to build different kinds of review requests and figure out the most effective way to set that process up. Otherwise the integration with the other software was not hard to handle.

Pros
Having all our reviews pulled in from different platforms and shown in one dashboard has been really helpful. It gives us quick access to everything in one place, makes comparing feedback much simpler and helps us better understand what our patients are saying about us. The widgets are also a big plus because they let us highlight positive patient reviews directly on our website. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to decide where reviews go based on the star rating patients leave at the start.
Cons
At times the widgets lag and the data shown does not always reflect the correct review count. Reaching customer support can also be a challenge sometimes although most of the tools in the software are still user friendly.
