The support team is fantastic and they have experienced mining and geological experts who really help with implementation and ongoing assistance.

Irreplaceable for our business

Pros

The support team here is absolutely amazing. We rarely run into problems but when we do, they jump on it immediately and get things sorted out.

Cons

The only downside is we waited too long to discover and implement this system and our business growth could have started much earlier if we'd found it sooner.
