“The ecommerce site I use for my services”
Pros
I didn't have a lot of time to create a full website for selling services online but It gave me everything I needed to set up a complete, working e-commerce webstore in just one day. It was exactly what I was looking for!
Cons
I have nothing really to mention here.

“Simple & highly effective all-in-one solution”
Pros
I rarely come across all-in-one tools that are as effective as Oode. It doesn't try to do everything under the sun but it also doesn't focus only on a few things while leaving you scrambling for other tools. Oode's CRM, simple website builder, email marketing and payment processing (plus billing) come together to create the perfect set of tools for small businesses in the service sector. If you're dealing with lots of small transactions and need to keep track of everything, this really helps with logistics and record keeping.
Cons
For agencies looking to manage multiple subaccounts, it still needs a lot of work. The subaccount management isn't great and chats end up going to the main agency account instead of just the respective subaccounts. Plus, if you try to remove someone from one subaccount without affecting the others, the system deletes them from all of them. Oh and not all currencies are supported yet which is another downside.
