Cons

Could use more creativity and innovation in the GUI design. Apart from that its alright.

Mobile CRM that drives growth

Pros

I can easily handle market research tasks without any difficulty. The way it connects our sales team with field support is great and everyone gets valuable insights that really help improve their skills. What I love most is the flexibility it provides. I can complete tasks, track workflows and manage team progress from anywhere at any time. There are so many different devices I can use to log in and work from the app which makes everything super convenient. Plus all our data stays safe and secure.

Cons

The monthly subscription can strain cash flow when business revenue isnt steady. I am unsure whether the features can be customized for my startup needs as it seems more geared toward larger companies handling complex communications and massive customer bases. There are cheaper alternatives available that might work just as well.
