Meets the needs

Pros

The communication channels are excellent. Plus the security features that help all our departments work together make it easier for us as a team to make more accurate and meaningful decisions before responding to callers, which leads to better results overall.

Cons

One thing I'd like to mention is that some data may have human errors like grammar mistakes or outdated updates that might not be entirely relevant to the caller or the current status of the customer.

Reliable and Practical tool

Pros

Once we got the hang of Pega it changed the way we use traditional BPMN methods. The advanced charts it offers make navigation much easier for users making the entire experience very satisfactory.

Cons

A drawback was that learning it was tough because it does not follow traditional BPMN which we previously used and the process creation is quite different. However I must say it does offer plenty of reference materials to help.

Works smoothly and very simple to use

Pros

We find the case management feature very user friendly and on top of that the interface is pretty simple too and supports both front-end and back-end applications smoothly

Cons

I have not found too many issues so far. But the pricing structure could be improved to be more affordable and customer support could be better.
