Convenient and User Friendly Platform

Pros

The price is perfect for my business size, especially considering the features. The training videos make setup easy and help me track metrics. Compared to other email automation tools, this one has great templates and email funnel options for tracking customers, purchases, and interactions.

Cons

I might need follow-up training to better understand tracking customers and running automated campaigns. The higher-priced plans include shopping cart and affiliate link features, but I don't need them yet.
