top service but glitchy forms

Pros

Hands down, the best part about it for me is their customer service, it's exceptional across the board! That includes both the IT team and the Sales staff. I also appreciate how much you can tailor workflows and the range of functional medicine templates they offer.

Cons

My biggest frustration is with the fillable templates. when I populate them into subjective notes, apostrophes get turned into question marks and some fields simply don't transfer over, so not every item populates as expected.

Very helpful for small business

It has really supported my small business. Whenever I reach out with a question, someone follows up promptly and keeps in touch. I also found it simple to get everything set up.

Cons

I am still learning all the functions. I think they should offer more one-on-one sessions for their new providers.
