The product is highly userfriendly and we appreciate the scheduling system that allows caregivers to clock in and out and receive notifications. The ability to run reports and upload documents is also beneficial. The online webinars and training videos provided by Rosemark are valuable resources.


One limitation we have noticed is that the software does not provide the capability to resend notifications a new notification needs to be created each time. Additionally we are looking forward to the feature that allows us to document hourly notes on our patients which the company is currently working on.
