Pros
Our hiring process has completely changed since I started using it. I get clear insights into which candidates match the role and which don't and the AI evaluations along with automated interviews make it possible to assess people without needing constant input from experts. It has worked really well for my team.
Cons
Even though the platform is powerful, I do feel the interface could be a bit easier for first-time users like me. Some of the robotic interview settings also feel like they could use more flexibility so I can better match specific roles or company culture. Still, from my experience, these are small things compared to the overall value I get from it.
