This software is user-friendly, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Training others on its usage is a breeze. The program provides wonderful key performance indicators (KPIs). I particularly love the texting and emailing capabilities, as well as the ease of sending saved templates to applicants within seconds. It truly saves me time for interviews and other job duties.

Cons

Occasionally, I do not receive applications from the most qualified candidates or in the desired volume. However, the app's professional team has been extremely supportive and proactive in assisting us with ad writing and monitoring effective strategies to increase both the quantity and quality of applicants.
