Breeze 360 Features
Scheduling
The software enables managers to create and manage employee schedules efficiently. It supports assigning multiple shifts, tracking availability, and copying previous weeks’ schedules. Users can publish finalized schedules and automatically send updates to keep staff informed and aligned.
Geofencing
Breeze 360 software enforces designated punch-in areas by setting geographic boundaries for employee locations. The platform uses GPS to track staff clock-ins‑ at specific job sites and multiple locations. You can enable auto-‑punch so employees are clocked in and out when entering or leaving permitted zones.

The software simplifies payroll by securely exporting accurate time and attendance data. The platform supports open API or export for most payroll systems. This feature relieves manual entry burdens. Users can review payroll history per employee efficiently and ensure compliance and accuracy.
Attendance Management
Users can automate all employee attendance and time event processing with customizable policies. The platform supports complex leave accruals and conflict checking using predefined rules. This feature generates over 50 dynamic attendance reports. You can monitor real-time in/out status, leave balances, approvals, and ensure accurate time tracking across teams.
Time Tracking
The platform captures accurate timesheets and automates complex payroll calculations. The platform accommodates multiple punch options—mobile app, browser, kiosk, or auto- punch. This feature gives real-time in/out visibility and dynamic reporting.

“Unusable software and flagged devices”
Pros
The software and time clocks could not be installed. Also it didn't meet industry standards and the time clocks provided for use with Breeze 360 were flagged as potentially counterfeit.
Cons
As an aerospace manufacturer and OEM for the US Government & DOD, our company is required to comply with CMMC. The CMMC requirements for FEDRAMP Certification compliance which were imposed by the US Government on 12/21/2023 were not anticipated when the system was purchased on 12/15/2023, just six days prior. The issue was not identified until we received the equipment in early January 2024. Over the next two months, we worked closely with Software Techniques support team, their cloud hosting provider (Liquid Web) and our third-party IT security firm to find a solution. Unfortunately despite our best efforts and additional expenses, no solution is currently available and none is expected anytime soon. Neither Liquid Web nor Breeze360 (Software Techniques) plans to use or become a FEDRAMP-certified cloud hosting provider which leaves the software unusable for our organization. Additionally the biometric time clocks raised concerns due to Chinese writing on the device and the absence of a MAC address or model number on the packaging or equipment. We had to contact the manufacturer, ZKTeco (USA) to confirm the devices were not counterfeit. ZKTeco confirmed that the serial numbers on the biometric time clocks provided by Software Techniques did not match any units from their USA or UK headquarters. They could not verify the serial numbers and suggested the units were likely sourced directly from China. ZKTeco clarified that they only source equipment from Taiwan and do not procure items from China. When we brought this to Software Techniques attention, they could not confirm the legitimacy of the time clocks. As a result the biometric time clocks were unsuitable for installation, leaving us with both unusable software and time clocks.
