solid platform

Pros

I found this people analytics platform really accessible which made it easy for different stakeholders across our department and organization to dive into various analytics. The team behind it truly felt like partners, they really understood our vision and helped us achieve our goals! The integration with our existing systems was smooth so data flowed without any hiccups.

Cons

Getting stakeholder buy in proved challenging since there wasn't a way to present the analytics as compelling data stories. While the support team responded quickly to our enhancement requests I wish we could have made those adjustments ourselves instead of constantly reaching out for changes.

Feels like having a personal consultant with excellent support

Pros

Working with their team feels like having a personal consultant who's always there to help us build template reports and ensure they're spot on and useful. The platform has really grown over the years with new features that make everything easier to figure out and the support team jumps in whenever we need something specific. Given what we pay for it the return on investment is definitely worth it! We rely on it constantly for sharing recruiting metrics with our hiring managers and leadership.

Cons

Since this is still a newer product we run into bugs here and there. The support team jumps on issues quickly though so I never feel stuck dealing with problems alone. It definitely takes some time when you're trying to figure out how to get the most out of all the features. It also takes a while to really get comfortable with everything and understand what works best for your workflow. Thankfully the team has been great about walking us through things as we get up to speed.
