My Experience With Synergita

Pros

One of the standout features of this software is its offering, from 360-degree feedback to peer review and continuous feedback options. These options are particularly appealing to me. Additionally, the OKR module is simply fabulous, easy to use, simple, and perfect.

Cons

The report generation aspect of this software was not user-friendly. Compared to other software I've used, it is complex and can be improved to simplify the process.

Easy to use tool

Pros

Our team uses this platform as our performance management system and it's surprisingly flexible and easy to operate. It aligns completely with our requirements thanks to capabilities such as goal setting, continuous feedback, surveys and a 360-degree feedback process. The recently added "Core value rating" feature is outstanding. We also encourage employees to update their achieved goals through the mobile app regularly.

Cons

I think the product roadmap should be strengthened with clearer priorities and a more defined development plan.

timezone and holiday delays

Pros

I think this tool is fairly easy to use so I'd rate it about a 7 out of 10 for regular users but for admins it feels tougher, closer to a 5 out of 10. There are still a few requirements here and there that need to be fixed or implemented to smooth things out.

Cons

For me the timezone differences between Singapore and India cause delays and the system seems to forget that each country has different public holidays which makes waiting times longer. Employees also can't see what they've submitted before it's approved no matter the cycle. The feedback wall should let people upload pictures because some actions are hard to describe in words and are much easier to show with a photo.
