The FSA/HSA and Lifestyle wallets are incredibly easy to use. The entire user experience for our employees is seamless, and requesting reimbursements is quick and efficient.
Cons
The COBRA admin portal requires a separate login and the user interface feels a little outdated compared to the more modern FSA, HSA and Lifestyle Wallet portals.
