support team makes all the difference

Pros

I work at a company that helps small and midsize businesses. It always works well for our clients. I really like their support team, they're easy to work with.

Cons

you can make it do really complex things like detailed job costing. But that means you have to set it up just right. once you do, it helps us keep our small business clients loyal.

Powerful once you get it configured

Pros

It's easy for my workers to track their time. They just log in and clock in and out. I set up their timesheet and It gives me reports, every day, every week or whenever I need them.

Cons

I think the interface could use a refresh to make it easier and more smooth. Since I log in both as an everyday user and an administrator, I see both sides. My biggest problem with the free version is that you have to edit code to get a lot of things set up the way you want which is not ideal for someone like me.

Pros

What I really like is how simple and easy it is to use. The best part is that I never feel lost. Any time I have a question, no matter how small, I can reach out to their customer support and they always get me the right answer without any issue.

Cons

there are a lot of parts in it that we don't use and we have not seen any instructions for them.
