“How to Maximize TEN service”
Pros
I learned the hard way that merely posting jobs on TEN is only a part of the solution. Initially, the recruiter company delivered high results, but the candidate quality was low as they simply forwarded the candidates who applied for the job. However, I have now discovered how to search for candidates among other recruiters who have posted jobs.
Cons
The candidate search function for other recruiters is non-functional. I am unable to determine how candidates experience job postings, and the messages I send to them go unanswered.
