One thing this platform does really well is make hard work more visible across the company in a fun, engaging way. It's genuinely helped create a culture where people actually thank each other and celebrate wins more often.
Cons
The third-party offers haven't been very useful for me. A lot of them don't really match my interests or lifestyle, so I usually just skip past them. I've also noticed there aren't enough voucher options to redeem which makes the choices feel a bit limited. It would be nice to have more variety going forward so there are more rewards that actually feel relevant.
