Mid-Market, 51-100 employees
“Interactive platform with minor limitations”
Pros
I love how easy this is to access, works perfectly on both my desktop and phone, so I can use it whether I'm at work or on the go. What I really like is how inclusive it is. It's not just for sales training, it actually covers every job role in our company, so all of our operational staff can benefit too. The interface feels super familiar, kind of like those short-form social apps, so it's really simple to use. Setting it up for our team of 100+ people was way easier than I expected and now a bunch of us are using it every single day.
Cons
I'd like to see API access for the reporting features. I think it's already on the roadmap for future updates, though, so I'm hoping it comes soon!

“Excellent Training Platform with Great Usability”
Pros
It's very easy to use. You don't need any tech knowledge at all and you can just jump in and start finding what you need. The short video format keeps things fun and engaging and it makes discovering content that actually matches my interests very easy.
Cons
The mobile app tends to crash every now and then which can be really annoying when I'm trying to get work done while I'm on the go.

Biggest downside for me is that there are a ton of videos that just aren't relevant to what I actually need.
