“Love the recent updates”
Pros
The latest updates have been great especially because the main page now shows a lot more information at a glance. The site is simple to figure out and everything is laid out in a way that makes the information very easy to use. I also really appreciate being able to create "Inform Letters" with our company logo and address already included then print them directly from the website and send them out to clients and caregivers.
Cons
If I had to point out one small thing it would be that printing interviews directly from the site could be a little more convenient. Right now I need to take a couple of extra steps to get them to print correctly. Even then it really is not frustrating or difficult at all just a minor inconvenience. Other than that there is honestly very little I would want changed because the software is in a really good place overall and that is the only issue that comes to mind.
