“Misleading features and costly experience”

Pros

From my point of view, nothing about it really stood out compared to other tools available today. However, the implementation agent who worked with us did a great job helping us get everything in place.

Cons

We were misled by our salesperson about which features were included and that set the tone for the rest of our experience. Administrative functions are confusingly or incorrectly labeled, forcing us to invent a number of workaround processes. Those gaps meant we had to rely on complex coding fixes to accomplish things that should have been simple drag-and-drop operations. To make matters worse, they charged us $4K for two months of service even though the last three quarters of the second month were consumed by our dispute and the account cancellation process. It felt like they were more than happy to accept our payment despite failing to deliver what we paid for.

“Simple platform for selling courses”

Pros

As an instructor, I find the platform makes it easy to turn what I know into organized courses that I can sell globally. It handles many different media types, so my lessons can feel more interactive using video, audio and downloadable resources.

Cons

In my experience, some students have reported noticeably slower loading when they try to play longer video lessons on their mobile devices.

“Efficient course creation and tracking”

Pros

Putting courses together on this platform has worked really well for me. Creating quizzes doesn't take much effort and the learner dashboards look clean and organized. I can easily see how students are progressing and when they finish their courses which saves me a lot of time. Whenever I run into a problem, I reach out to support and they usually respond quickly with either a clear solution or a step-by-step guide that helps me fix the issue.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything to add here because everything has been working well for me.
