It has made content distribution so easy with audio and videograms. I no longer need to juggle multiple tools to create visually appealing content and it saves me so much time. The best part? Their managed services. Our contact has become a key part of our team and I really appreciate how open they are to feedback and the new features they've added in such a short time.
Cons
There's nothing I really dislike about It. It would be great though, to see improvements in sales enablement and making it easier for others in our organization to use clips in their outreach efforts.

I love how I can track all our show metrics in one place and publishing is very easy. But what I really love is how, as someone focused on revenue, I can see which organizations are listening to our podcast. Then I can work on building sales momentum with them. It's a total game-changer!

We had a few challenges early on combining our SEO strategy with the pages that It creates for shows. We wanted podcast traffic to feed into blog posts as part of our overall SEO strategy. We eventually found a custom solution but that was a bit of a hurdle at first.

Nothing is perfect right out of the gate but their team responds quickly to support tickets and contacts. They're always open to feedback and constantly work to improve. Honestly, their support experience is one of the best in the industry.
