“all in one platform!!
Pros
Having everything in Brandquad under one interface has been the biggest advantage for us. We first rolled out the PIM module and later, when we needed digital shelf analytics, we naturally considered their E-commerce Intelligence module too. It checked all the boxes for what we needed and the integration and onboarding felt much simpler since our team was already used to working with their PIM. Keeping all of this in a single platform has definitely helped us save both time and money.
Cons
One area that could be better is how release timelines and the product roadmap are communicated. With an enterprise-level solution, I'd expect visibility into upcoming releases several months ahead, along with clear documentation, so internal teams have enough time to prepare. I have been told they're already working on improving this, so I am hopeful it gets better.

“powerful tool
Pros
What sets this platform apart from others I have used is that having PIM, DAM and ECI all in one fully scalable platform is a big advantage. The system is highly configurable and customizable and the interface is user-friendly which makes daily work much easier. Another thing I really appreciate is the excellent team behind it as they clearly know how to work together well and support the product effectively.
Cons
Becausethe platformincludes so many integrated features, it takes some time to fully understand how everything connects internally and what all the possibilities are. There is definitely a lot to learn at the beginning, although that's probably true for other software in this category as well.

“centralized analytics that deliver
Pros
Running with a smaller team, having automatic performance insights across different websites right at our fingertips has been a real time-saver. The analytics go beyond what we could realistically pull together manually and the data is refreshed regularly which makes it even more valuable. One of the most useful parts has been the comparative information on competitors products. Having everything brought together in one centralized dashboard has made a big difference for us. In e-commerce, strong data analytics are essential and this platform has helped us cover that need well. On top of that the team has been very responsive and supportive whenever we've needed them.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is industry-level benchmarking for product categories. From time to time, we've also run into data quality issues. To be fair, the team has always responded quickly and taken care of it but it's still something I'd prefer not to deal with at all. They've told me this is a high-priority area they're actively working on, so we'll see how that progresses. I'd also appreciate having more configuration options available on our side instead of needing to rely onthe platform'steam for so many adjustments.
