The ability to assign tickets to team members adds flexibility to our followup process. Additionally the project manager can easily access comprehensive reports covering all workflow stages providing accurate team progress updates.

Cons

While Forecast is an excellent tool it may require some training to utilize all its features effectively. Occasionally when handling a large number of tasks it may take a bit of time to load although this is not a recurring issue.

I have only used the desktop version and I find it a bit challenging to use on mobile but otherwise this software has been greatly beneficial to my team.

Forecast allows us to plan our team's workload for the coming weeks and months automatically. It syncs seamlessly with Harvest ensuring our team operates efficiently and avoids overworking certain members.

There is a learning curve and several setup steps are required before getting meaningful outputs.

Pros

Forecast offers an array of amazing features including artificial intelligencedriven automation project management resource management team collaboration integrations and finance and billing. It provides a free trial and the support is outstanding. The software is accessible from both Android and iOS devices and it seamlessly integrates with Jira.

Cons

While there are few bugs some features may occasionally not work correctly although they are promptly fixed. Scheduling could use some improvement.
