Pros:
This software serves as a personal HR department for us, which has been an amazing experience. It is simple to use and excellent for tracking personnel. It also does a wonderful job of visualizing metrics and offers a huge amount of reports to pick from. I frequently view the graphs of our employees' self-reported demographics for diversity-related reasons. Additionally, iSolved provides the ability to set up restricted access accounts for workers so they may view schedules, request time off, and retrieve pay stubs and W2s. I have recommended this software to a lot of my friends in the field and they all love it!
Cons:
While using isolved, I noticed that occasionally it would have bugs and would suddenly freeze or not let me make alterations. To fix this, I would need to contact their customer service. Fortunately, their customer support team is always responsive. Unfortunately, it does require a lot of upfront work and data entry to get everything running. However, once that extra work is done, it is fantastic. Lastly, the scheduling service is also not very user-friendly. So, building timetables is challenging and it takes a lot of work to get them perfect.

It can be frustrating to use sometimes.

We have experienced bugs in the system which make it very frustrating to use. The customer has been slow. This costs us a lot of our time and is time consuming at the end.
