“Flexible Application with a Strong Feature Set”
Pros
As a small but complex organization, OneDesk has exceeded our expectations by addressing almost all of our issues right from the start, which we never anticipated from any off the shelf system.
Cons
We give our users a significant amount of freedom. I am eagerly waiting for more detailed security options to allow for greater differentiation between "regular users" and admins. Fortunately we have already witnessed positive updates in this regard.
